Summary

THINK AND SENSEは、愛媛県をホームとする B.LEAGUE・B2所属のプロバスケットボールチーム、愛媛オレンジバイキングスの2025〜26シーズンのホームゲームの会場演出・映像制作・楽曲制作を手がけています。

THINK AND SENSE is responsible for arena production, video production, and music production for the Ehime Orange Vikings, a professional basketball team based in Ehime and competing in the B.LEAGUE B2 division, for the 2025–26 season home games.

Arena Production

Laser Mapping

試合が始まる高揚感を観客の皆さんとともに高めるべく、オープニングの演出の一環としてレーザーを使用してコートに Bリーグ及びチームのロゴ、コートのラインを縁取ったマッピングを行いました。また、セイレーネスのパフォーマンス中には会場の壁面にも投影を行っています。TouchDesinger と Beyond を使用して制作、オペレーションを行っています。

To heighten the sense of anticipation as the game begins, we incorporated laser effects into the opening sequence, projecting the B.LEAGUE and team logos onto the court, along with mapped outlines of the court markings. During the SEIRENES’ performance, additional projections were displayed across the arena’s interior walls. All production and operation were carried out using TouchDesigner and Beyond.

Libera Ball

リベラボールは、THINK AND SENSE が開発した 音楽・映像と自動同期する無線LED照明装置のことです。ケーブル不要で自由に設置でき、音の変化に合わせて色や明るさを制御します。制作時は PC 上のシミュレーションで調整できるため効率的で、コンサートやイベント、展示会などで 高い自由度と創造性のある演出を実現します。

愛媛オレンジバイキングスのスターティングメンバー入場を彩るため、公式パフォーマンスクルー「セイレーネス」が使用するリベラボールの光演出プログラム制作と本番オペレーションを THINK AND SENSE が担当しました。チームカラーである“オレンジ”と、セイレーネスのイメージカラー“水色”を基調に、振り付けや音楽とシンクロする光表現を制作しています。セイレーネスが手に持ってパフォーマンスを行うシーン、床に配置して会場全体のライティングとして使用するシーン、そしてスターティングメンバー入場時の演出シーンなど、シチュエーションに応じて色や発光パターンを細かく使い分け、空間全体の一体感を高めました。

Libera Ball is a wireless LED lighting device developed by THINK AND SENSE that automatically synchronizes with music and video. Its cable-free design allows flexible placement anywhere in the venue, while its system adjusts color and brightness in response to detailed changes in sound. Because the lighting can be programmed and fine-tuned through PC-based simulation, the production process is highly efficient, and the device enables creative, dynamic lighting expressions for concerts, events, exhibitions, and more.

For the Ehime Orange Vikings starting lineup entrance, THINK AND SENSE produced the Libera Ball lighting program used by the official performance crew SEIRENES and handled the on-site operation on game day. The lighting design was created to synchronize with choreography and music, using the team’s signature orange and the SEIRENES’ theme light blue as the main color palette. Depending on the scene—held in the performers’ hands, placed on the court as part of the venue lighting, or incorporated into the starting lineup entrance—we programmed detailed variations in color and light patterns to enhance the sense of unity throughout the arena.

Filming & Production

体育館内に約横6m×縦4m×奥3mの特設グリーンバックセットを構築。 被写体の動きに合わせた正確な合成を実現するため、背景布にはトラッキングマーカーを配置し、撮影段階からポストプロダクションを見据えた設計を行いました。

We constructed a dedicated green-screen set measuring approximately 6m (W) × 4m (H) × 3m (D) inside the gymnasium. To achieve precise compositing aligned with the performers’ movements, tracking markers were placed on the backdrop, allowing us to design the shoot with post-production needs fully in mind from the outset.

Post Production

マッチムーブ処理によるカメラトラッキングを実施。実写の動きと一致させたCG背景を構築・合成し、光源や色調を精密に調整することで、自然でリアリティのある映像に仕上げました。 撮影から編集・仕上げまでを一貫して自社で行うことで、制作意図のブレがない高品質な映像を提供しています。

We performed camera tracking through match-moving techniques, creating and compositing a CG background that precisely aligns with the motion of the live-action footage. By carefully adjusting lighting and color tones, we produced visuals that feel seamless and realistic. From shooting to editing and final finishing, all production processes are handled in-house, enabling us to deliver high-quality work with a consistent creative vision.

Opening Video

オープニング映像は、ボロノイ・パーティクル・アニメーション・ポストエフェクトなど、複数の要素を取り扱った映像を制作しました。NOTCHで作成した事でこれらの作業を一括で行い、様々なシーン展開のある映像でも1回の書き出しで作成する事ができました。

For the opening video, we produced a dynamic visual sequence incorporating multiple elements such as Voronoi patterns, particle animation, and various post-effects. By creating the piece in NOTCH, we were able to manage all these components within a single workflow, enabling us to deliver a multi-scene visual with just one render.

NOTCHはC4Dファイルを直接インポート可能なため、Cinema 4Dで作成したバスケットボールのスプラインをC4DファイルでNOTCHにインポートして制作しました。

Since NOTCH can directly import C4D files, we imported the basketball spline created in Cinema 4D as a C4D file into NOTCH for production.
